Enhancing Team & Leadership Skills

We are always on the look out for refreshing methods of enhancing the performance of organisations. After completing a Channel Island Cruise on a 48 foot yacht, it occurred to us that this would be a perfect model for enhancing team and leadership skills. Putting people into an environment that changes (as they say) like the weather, can present unpredictable and challenging scenarios. Leadership and team reaction to these situations take people out of their comfort zones and allow them to experience real changes in a real life environment.
